After my experience, I completely understand why this location has such a low rating (around 3.9 stars). I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon corporate store on S. King’s Drive. We first visited on Friday to set up new service, and the assistant manager, Sean, helped us. He came across as a smooth talker, but a lot of the information he gave us about perks and features turned out to be inaccurate. This is the only vzw store I like now.
Guys seriously ... so I signed up online and got a $800 promo one time credit. So I drop my old phone off at this store and they end up reverting the credit because they can only offer $260 in store and it's been a complete mess. After many calls and chats someone online was able to finally revert it for me to the one time promo. If you can't help at least revert it or leave it alone vs leaving it a mess.
