This is the only vzw store I like now.
Guys seriously ... so I signed up online and got a $800 promo one time credit. So I drop my old phone off at this store and they end up reverting the credit because they can only offer $260 in store and it's been a complete mess. After many calls and chats someone online was able to finally revert it for me to the one time promo. If you can't help at least revert it or leave it alone vs leaving it a mess.
Terrible customer service, I walked in and was not greeted with a hello or could I help you, the employees just stand at the entrance and stare at you. Would not recommend this location there was a tall mixed guy I didn’t get his name but awful job. I would recommend going to the next few blocks for better customer service
