We were beyond thrilled with Claude, who helped us in a fairly complex situation. We were leaving T-Mobile, and one of our phone holders lives out of state. Claude was absolutely fantastic to work with; patient, knowledgeable, courteous… I honestly can’t describe how pleased we were with he and his Managers help. Frankly, they deserve 10 stars!
