Very helpful staff. They are usually very busy. Get there when they first open! The staff is always very helpful and very friendly!
Switched from Comcast Internet to Verizon 5G whole house internet. Will NEVER go back to wired communications service! Awesome service at the store! In and Out in 30 minutes. Easy setup at home! No hard sells from the agent!!
Really poor experience with this store and Verizon overall. The business model has changed where employees in the stores can no longer help you with account services like transfer requests or adding lines to an account. The employees are only focused on selling new products while the automated phone lines handled everything else. As a Verizon customer for 15 years this is beyond disappointing, thankfully we do not have to deal with the sales and service side frequently because the experience we had could not have been worse.
