Good service, although wait times are occasionally long - 15 to 20 minutes
My boyfriend helped me pay off my phone plan here so I can get something more affordable with T-Mobile. He paid everything off and received a receipt for it. A month later I receive a $555 bill in the mail for quitting their services. Absolutely horrible that we didn’t receive any kind of warning this would happen. Why wouldn’t it be INCLUDED in the price when we were DEACTIVATING? Why on earth weren’t we told? Run from this location and this cell service.
Bought a tablet. Did most of the work comparing tablets myself. Associate was mostly unfamiliar with the differences. Settled on the tab gs9+ for it's storage and size
Stopped at this store to get help with a billing error, Manager Anthony did outstanding job of of assisting us he went of above and beyond to help us get the issue resolved. Wow we could have not imaged betterattention to detail to get the issue resolved, he placed himself in our situation and made it happen. Thank you Anthony.
