Worst experience ever! The employees are very nice but don’t follow through nor give you the correct information. We switched from T-Mobile and purchased 2 new phones. We paid extra to port and configure our phones only to go home and not have email, unable to receive incoming calls and many other issues we were told would take time to cycle through.
