Stopped to have a family members iPhone 13 info transferred to a new iPhone 16+. Excellent, friendly service provided by J.J. who stayed engaged with us during the pairing process. Offered bottled water for the wait. A+ experience.
I recently upgraded to iPhone 17. The employee struggled to get my files moved over and set me up on my new phone. The next day I came back to the store and asked to meet with the manager, who was Karina (she is one of the managers). She got my phone upgrade done, to where my new phone had all the files including apps exactly as they were on my old phone. She fixed the error made by the employee with my billing.
