Worst customer service ever!!
Please don't trust this store for technical advice. They clearly don't train their employees with the information they need to give any credibility to their advice. Went in to pay my bill and get some information about upgrading my phone as I was interested in the new foldable phones currently out. Rep assigned to me suggested the Google Pixel Fold over the Samsung Z Fold; stating that Google owns samsung and that all the updates and features will come to the Pixel before Samsung due to this reason.
