I had a very disappointing experience when I came in the day before to purchase a new phone and switch over from another carrier. The representative helping me seemed more focused on making a sale than actually helping me. Shady store, after you tell them no, you don't want this extra services, they added with out telling you and signing on. Just to re Realize they been charging me for services I said no to. Can't get refunded
Will is an amazing representative for Verizon. Very helpful and customer oriented. Good customer service skills. In addition, his knowledge of the various mobile devices and the professional interactions with other Verizon staff members is excellent. Excellent communication skills. He is a good example of a wonderful employee and great customer service representative. HATS off to Will!!
