I received the phone that was offered me, I paid a fee to get it all started and running . I bought a cover for it and a cord to connect in my car. I have a brand new phone for a little over 100. I’m not sure what the value of the phone was , but I’m sure it was a lot more than I spent. Thanks to Jade who helped to program everything, and help teach me apps I wasn’t aware of.
No one can fix my phone
This is ridiculous. My phone bit the dust and they make it next to impossible to call the store to set up an appointment as soon as possible. So I went to the website and found a number to call. When I call it is busy and has been for a half hour,
I had several items that I needed to return. After I figured out I needed to find a verizon authorized dealer instead of a corporate Verizon store the return process was much less painful than I expected. For the record this store is owned by Victra in case anyone else runs into the same issue
