Verizon has horrible business services and representatives. I have been with this company for awhile and I am so tired of all the problems. DO NOT USE VERIZON BUSINESS!!! They will make your company lose money and never correct the issue.
I had several issues with my Verizon internet and spoke with no less than 4 people on chat. Finally went to the store at Chandler Mall and Aaron was fantastic! Not only polite and friendly, he took care of the problems easily and provided me his cell number in case there were any other issues. All the other agents were polite at this store also but Aaron is the best!! I’ll definitely return for assistance or to purchase new items.
I received the phone that was offered me, I paid a fee to get it all started and running . I bought a cover for it and a cord to connect in my car. I have a brand new phone for a little over 100. I’m not sure what the value of the phone was , but I’m sure it was a lot more than I spent. Thanks to Jade who helped to program everything, and help teach me apps I wasn’t aware of.
