Got a new phone an local store system messed up an even after 3 hours while their on phone with support. Was directed to business services where it took them only 5 minutes to fix the issue SO VERY SATISFIED WITH VERIZON BUSINESS SERVICES
Not a long wait, with no appointment. These people are SO knowledgeable! I learn so much from them.
