The sales employee was very helpful, even staying beyond his shift to assist us with a difficult situation.
I went in today to upgrade my phone and i have a business account with 5 lines. 2 were up for upgrades so i used one and upgraded my phone and the rep warned me that it could be like a 20 min or so timeframe where the upgrades number would off line. well once they upgraded my phone and got it working he proceeded to tell me they couldn’t get the other line back connected and i needed to track my worker who’s phone is now disconnected and put a new SIM card in it or possibly go days without access to that line. he said it was... read more
