We had an issue with a verizon bill and due to restrictions we had to go to a corporate store. Walking in this one the gentleman was very nice. Upon hearing our dilemma you could immediately tell he wasnt pleased that we had been sent there. It happened a lot to them. He helped how he could then transferred us to another ge clean that was sooo helpful. He then enlisted a lady who was icing on the cake.
