Got my brand new iphone and an unlimited plan here last year. The associates were helpful and spent lot of time with me while I had the porting and device data transfer done.
We just had the best Verizon experience with Alannah at this location. She helped us pick out new phones, cleaned up our account, and spent the time to transfer all the data, and set our new phones up. She was very patient with us and all our questions and concerns. Will definitely go back to see her next time we have any Verizon questons.
WARNING! Sales people make promises that they can not keep. We signed up for 5G home Internet, the promo of which I have IN WRITING!! If we tried it, we would receive a $200 Amazon gift card. Guess what never happened? That right. No gift card. Verizon corporate store here, and corporate Verizon team both deny the promo. Of which I have in my possession in black and white. It also shows the promo ON THEIR WEBSITE. We have spent hours on the phone trying to rectify. Verizon refuses to stand behing their own contract.
