I’m pissed !! Fix this outage !! If I could leave zero stars I would have smh !!!
The wait was very long. The employees are very friendly. But Verizon is expensive. I will be leaving for another carrier that's$25 per mo. There are no breaks for Seniors w them. But I'd like to thank Lynn, I think she's in charge there on Watson for being so kind and taking her time to help me and explain my bill. She's very knowledgeable and people friendly.
