UNRELIABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERIZON IS A JOKE!!!! This is now the 2nd time my phone is saying “SOS” and they claim they aren’t sure what’s going on!!! Why am I without my phone that I need TO WORK!!!!! I will be switching carriers that don’t have all these problems especially with this ridiculous high phone bill for TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
