As someone has shared before, this store messed up the phone trade-in. I thought I had said that my screen was cracked, but the person I worked with said that I never selected that. He did not change that selection when he could've because he didn't want to mess up the system on his end, meaning he didn't want to work. After taking my phone, he then said that I might not get the credit, and then told me to deal with customer service. This is absolutely dishonest and lazy. Incompetent staff. Lied to me about phone replacement and repair with a small screen crack despite me paying insurance on it. I'd suggest to use a different office.
Service sucks! Impossible to speak with a human.
