Nothing against this store, in fact, there is a young man - tall, slim, name starts with J that was amazing to work with. Verizon as whole though has left me deeply disappointed. I have had Verizon Home Internet since July and am already cancelling due to issues faced. Their online interface for bill payments STILL does not recognize me. I went to the store, they called customer support, had to completely delete me and bring me back into the system. It worked for about a day and now reverted to the initial problem. I’ve been here for 48 minutes and they just took the customer behind me. This is why I switched to t mobile after 14 years of being treated like I don’t matter.
Corrected a scheduling error, they were straightforward and everyone walked away happy!
