10-29-2023 My son and I came in today for two new phones on existing service plan. Or specialist Tony was professional, quick to answer questions, and had all the important information on the new phones and options we needed to make decisions. A usually frustrating experience was relatively quick and easy. Tony was great to work with, and the branch had the phones, covers, and protectors in stock.
Went there to inquire about their new deals and an older heavyset man helped us but he was honestly so rude. He cut us off any moment we had a question and it was obvious that he was trying to rush us on out of there. The first Verizon I’ve been to where they didn’t want to give us the time of day… weird.
Great customer service just a little bit of wait but the representatives are very helpful and thorough
The WORST customer service rep ever!! Will never go back ...am canceling service
