I went to the Verizon store, the sales lady was rude and chesrge me for services i did not ask for, like apple music,another line of service for a watch. Then i go back to store and a male whom i dont know if he is a manager tells me the saleswoman just did me a favor. When i get my phone in mail to come back and they will take it off the account but couldn't do it now. This store is a joke and i should've looked at the reviews... only 2.5 stars. Clean up your store.
I initially got a very helpful greeter Sebastian who was trying to be helpful until female angry supervisor came over and did everything to NOT help solve issue. Please train your leadership to be customer centric. She was so degrading toward the young associate. So glad to not do business with Verizon anymore. Customer service agent is even worse, if not just as bad
0 stars for this store. The manager is clueless and she has 0 customer service skills. Verizon lost a customer over this lazy "supervisor"
The support from this store and Verizon is absolutely awful. I have waited over six months for them to fix account issues!
