Worst service than words can describe. So bad that I thought it was an exaggerated Saturday Night Live skit. One day they email me (erroneously) that I was late on payment and owed $279. Literally, one day later, they emailed me to say I owed over $700 and they would be cutting off my service. Nobody at the store could figure it out and nobody could correct it...only the business manager could...but he wasn't available. Worst service than words can describe. Almost like a Saturday Night Live sketch comedy skit bad.
The staff here is very helpful. Does not talk you into anything and leaves the decision up to you. I suggest you allow time if buying a phone is not a quick in and out type thing. Ording for in store pick up if you know what you want can make the visit a little shorter.
