Very disappointing experience. I decided to switch to another carrier because I constantly had problems with service and signal coverage. At one point, the network was down for two full days, and on another occasion, it was down for an entire day. The only response I received was an apology and a $20 credit, as if that could make up for the inconvenience and lack of reliable service. One hour wait time
Definitely not as helpful as they used to be a few years back
Worst service than words can describe. So bad that I thought it was an exaggerated Saturday Night Live skit. One day they email me (erroneously) that I was late on payment and owed $279. Literally, one day later, they emailed me to say I owed over $700 and they would be cutting off my service. Nobody at the store could figure it out and nobody could correct it...only the business manager could...but he wasn't available.
