Impossible to place a call to this store. Her rerouted to call center with robots.
I went into the store with a hotspot and just needed a simple service and it turns out it needed advanced customer service support. Robert was able to help get it done and it was just nice for the duration of the conversation and it was a pleasant experience so I just wanted to come on here and talk about how was a good experience.
Couldn't get our issue solved but Grayson was so helpful at getting us next steps on our business account! Will make the drive to this store again.
