I went into the store with a hotspot and just needed a simple service and it turns out it needed advanced customer service support. Robert was able to help get it done and it was just nice for the duration of the conversation and it was a pleasant experience so I just wanted to come on here and talk about how was a good experience.
Couldn't get our issue solved but Grayson was so helpful at getting us next steps on our business account! Will make the drive to this store again.
Amazing customer service!
I opened a new plan and was pushed way too hard for all the extra. I specifically said I did NOT want the added hot spot and I was still charged $10 a phone line (x 3 phone lines). I was told to call billing. After calling 3 separate times and being on the phone each time for 45mins I was still charged the amount and never reimbursed. So far I have paid $60 for something I never wanted and I can’t seem to talk to anyone who is actually able to refund my money. Very disappointed!
