i have been a customer for over ten years. I had to upgrade my phone due to apps. not working. I was told " no increase in your monthly cost" . that was a lie. I spoke with the agent via chat, have the transcript, was told " you bill will reduce back to previous $" . one month later it was still higher... I was lied to twice!. horrible , dishonest... I am leaving .

I don't know how they can stay in business with the incredibly incompetent service over the phone, the inept technical knowledge, and the inability to do business. I am switching my business phone and internet to Comcast, something I never thought I would ever do. I'm saving $120 a MONTH. The Customer "Service" idiots would put me on hold and then hang up on me. Never, never, never do business with Verizon. Every time it rains, I lose the phones at my store. I hate them so much, I would stand on the road and spin a sign tell... read more

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I was on the phone with them for over 3 hours. They transferred me between business and residential about 20 times. I even got transferred to Enterprise department and Building maintenance. (No joke) and hung up on by some ghetto lady. I’m stuck with them because they basically won’t allow me to transfer my services.
