Had worst expereince. I am having trouble with my account transfer since 5 months now. Received 4 different order confirmation number, didn't fix it yet. Finally a tech comes up in the middle of the business hours, had no idea what to fix. Was out of Wi-Fi, that is out of business for 5 hrs. Called to ask told them that it's affecting the business and said they are not responsible 😡. Waiting to get the contract get over. Would switch to Comcast after that for sure.
WORST SERVICE EVER. They turned off my phones because of a fiber optic upgrade. Called 3 times. First 2 times they said no problem, we'll turn them right back on. Third time, after still no service, they said, oh, that department is closed. you'll have to call tomorrow. calling comcast tomrrow, not verizon. they are the worst.
