This place is a friggin' joke! I would warn anybody about gong into this store. Previous poster: Excellant Shannon is a twit.
Initial service was by far the best I received from Shannon!!!!! Being a non corporate store, they are useless for warranty issues..... I could have done more on the phone with Verizon with limited wait time, instead of going to the store and waiting 15 minutes to find out Verizon would send me a new phone via fedex. Yet I drove 10 miles and got it swapped out live at a corporate store.
