I would like to be clear there are good things happening at this Verizon store. I want to be objective and give both sides of my experience as a whole with this store. The good, all the employees are very knowledgeable and are willing to help you. They are willing to help trouble shoot problems after you have made a purchase and this is A+ customer service. Had problems with getting my phone going after factory reset without activating it. The gentleman took care if everything in less than a minute! This is my new Verizon store!!!
Always willing to help! Finding the best deal troubleshooting problems! Had US Cellular for years swithed to Verizon been with them the last 4 years with no problems on cistomer service!
