Charlie was awesome and super helpful. I had a lot of deposits held on my account at the time, but I needed to upgrade as both my son’s phone and mine were done for. Even Verizon held an additional deposit that could have held us up but Charlie figured out a way around it and we couldn’t be more grateful.
