Charlie was so nice and had so much patience answering all my questions. Best Verizon customer service I've ever had.
Older guy very helpful that works there during the day but the too younger guys that worked last night 3/4/2025 were very unhelpful. They could not do a simple task. Transfer new contacts to a new phone. The employee kept making excuses and the other employee went and hide in back of the store on his phone .I have business account and had 2 phones there on me to get stuff done too. My 17yr old neighbor done the new contacts for me after leaving the store last night.
