Very knowledgeable about the phones
Kayla assisted my father and I when we decided it was time to make the switch to Verizon. She’s very thorough. What stood out to me was her sister delivered her a coffee and we told her she could grab it, but she was more focused on us and wanted to get us settled before she grabbed it. Just finished up a very lengthy process of changing over my business lines from T-Mobile. Kayla, from the Newton, Iowa office, made a very frustrating process very bearable. Her positivity, friendly disposition, helpfulness and knowledge made me very comfortable, knowing that this changeover was worthwhile. I’m glad to be with Verizon!

This store has top notch customer service. Both Kayla and Ace were very helpful and friendly with setting up our iPhones. We were having a unique problem, and Kayla was patient and friendly while helping us. Couldn’t ask for more! This kind of customer service is hard to find.
