This is the worst Verizon store I have ever been to. The employees appear to be totally incompetent. I got there at 11:30 a.m.and the one employee was still working on the first customer that came in at 10:00 a.m. There were two more customers waiting ahead of me. They had both been there since 10:00 a.m. as well. I got up and left. This is the second day in a row I have tried to get service at that store. I will never go back.
Karla was awesome! She was a huge help and had excellent customer service skills. I've worked in sales for 30+ yrs and she's a keeper Verizon!!! When u have employees that care it shows. Thank you Hun!
I had a few issues with my new phones. Drove to Newton and the rep Jasper was able to help me get them all corrected. Great customer service!
