Thank you verizon Diamond wireless for making a bad situation right. After my phone caught on firer I expected the replacement phone to include the glass protector that was on the phone that caught fire. It was not covered and we did not see eye to eye on that situation but in the end they made it right and I appreciate it. So thank you from one customer service oriented person to another for doing the right thing.
