Raul was incredibly patient with us as we decided on a phone for my grandfather. He showed us multiple options and went over the features of both. He made sure we left with a screen protector and did everything he could to help my grandfather recover everything lost on his old phone. He made sure we got all the information we needed. It was a completely stress free encounter. Thank you Raul for your kindness.
Very disappointing experience. My partner was trying to purchase an Apple Watch, but instead of receiving professional customer service, we were met with discrimination. The employees made the process unnecessarily difficult, and no one addressed the way we were treated. I have reported this incident to corporate because no customer should have to experience discrimination while simply trying to make a purchase. David at the Red Bluff location at verizon, him and Ezekiel worked for about 45 minutes making sure I had the best plan, the woman on the phone to verify things stayed on the phone the whole time, I experienced just genuine care for my phone services and internet. I would highly recommend them to anybody thank you Daniel
