Isaac and Ziek helped me with multiple issues on my phone that both another store and customer service over the phone didn't resolve. Not all heros wear capes
Sam is the man his customer service is top notch. He went above and beyond to help me and I’m extremely grateful I will be returning to his store in the future. I highly recommend the Verizon shops in red Bluff and what’s even better is the best Chinese food in town is right next-door so you can go get a brand new phone accessories and anything else you need and then go get lunch without even leaving the parking lot
Landon did a great job def think you should see him when you go in he was super helpful and not pushy at all and he knew a lot about his product 10 out of 10 recommend
