Tried to use them for a few of my Verizon needs that couldn’t be resolved over the phone, they were unhelpful and had to go to a different store to resolve issues. Never coming back to this brick and mortar of this Verizon store, I would rather drive across town and have much better customer service and help. So I do that instead.
