The first time my protective cover broke, I was able to walk in and get it replaced. This time, I had to order it online and pay $9.95 shipping. Okay, fine, it's still cheaper than a new one. I was assured that I could bring it in when I got it, and they would be happy to put it on for me. So today I went in to have it put on. I was asked for my phone number and PIN, which I guess makes sense, if they really needed to prove I bought both my phone and the original protector from Victra.
