My husband went in and traded in his phone for an upgrade. The "credit" that the store offered him was totally bogus. It showed up on our bill the next month. We then went around and around with the store and they said they would pay it because it was a mistake on their end. It took 2 1/2 months for them to credit our bill, only to see that the payment was reversed. Now this $174 "credit" is again our responsibility. I would never purchase from here or believe a "credit" that they promise you. You will end up paying for it.
I cannot say enough about this store and the amazing support...They can never leave the city and thank u for all u do for your customers!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If I could rate a zero I would!! Can't wait until my contract is up!! Don't back up products you sell and customer service sucks!! Also try dealing with them over the phone !! I just got my manager is not in and I can't make changes in your account without her approval !! Rip off!!!
