went there on Friday 10/7/2022. I wanted to switch to verizon from At&t and I was there for a few hours because it took a while. The workers were very nice and was able to chat with them while waiting.

My wife and I decided it was time to start looking for new cell phones and decided to go to the Wireless Zone just to look, ask questions and get an idea of what's out there. The last time we bought cell phones (at a different store) was not a pleasant experience and that store ended up with one of the most negative reviews I've ever written. how can you be a "store" and not have a single phone in stock? workers are also extremely rude. highly recommend not even bother trying this so called "store"

I messaged them to ask for help for a product and felt completely shamed because I didn't shop local. There store is almost an hour away. I had purchased a phone from them before and had specific reasons for not wanting to purchase through them and they didn't hesitate to judge right away. I could have returned my devices to where I got them and went and purchased them there but I don't believe I will after this.

I want to give a shout out to The Cellular Connection on Milltown Road in Wooster. Please, if you are a Verizon customer and want great service with no overselling, drop in and see them! I was in there today when an older lady came in with her new phone with all the bells and whistles, all kinds of chargers and a Google home that she purchased somewhere else. The manager Brayton lied and misled to make a sale. He has weekly quota's he has to make and now I have extra charges on my bill. The authorized retailer's store's are a rip off, I learned the hard way. Verizon Corporate store is in Anderson, well worth the short drive.

I have learned my lesson! From now on I will only buy a phone from our local Verizon store. Forget the third party sellers who save you a few bucks upfront, but have little training or knowledge of the products or services.The people at WZ are polite, very knowledgeable and helpful. Much less stressful than having to call an out of state Verizon customer service number for help repeatedly, and still being confused after. Went there this morning with an IPhone that would not get cellular service after an IOS upgrade. After about 20 minutes trying to fix a problem that Apple caused she got me up and running again. No charge and great service!! Would recommend them without hesitation!
