RecommendedI want to give a shout out to The Cellular Connection on Milltown Road in Wooster. Please, if you are a Verizon customer and want great service with no overselling, drop in and see them! I was in there today when an older lady came in with her new phone with all the bells and whistles, all kinds of chargers and a Google home that she purchased somewhere else. My husband went in and traded in his phone for an upgrade. The "credit" that the store offered him was totally bogus. It showed up on our bill the next month. We then went around and around with the store and they said they would pay it because it was a mistake on their end. It took 2 1/2 months for them to credit our bill, only to see that the payment was reversed. Now this $174 "credit" is again our responsibility. I would never purchase from here or believe a "credit" that they promise you. You will end up paying for it.
