Quoted me a price on a phone. Which I paid but they put an additional amount on me Verizon bill. Called and talked to them about this. They said they explained all this to me and the price was what they quoted. My nephew was with me and he agrees they over charged me and that they didn't explain anything. Can't recommend this business they are a bunch of lists and crooks that tried to take advantage of a senior citizen.
