RecommendedWe have used this location since we changed to Verizon 5-6 years ago. Mr Williams has always been so kind, honest and patient. I recently had a problem with the corporate Verizon which is no reflection on him at all. He went out of his way to help me today and he did not have to. This is a Christian man and a man of Integrity.

My experience ay this store was great!! The consultant that made that experience great is ERICA BOOZE!!! As a walk-in customer, I expected to wait. She handled the others ahead of me, and I heard and witnessed wonderful customer service. Erica is phenomenal, with a thorough knowledge of the services and products available, making sure each customer understood their choices.

The Pineville location is Awesome ! Erica And Kennard are always very helpful and Kind When I Come in to the store . Personally, I think Erica needs a raise!!!
