Got a new phone and had the best experience ever with a guy named Robert Barnes! I totally recommend him! Go see him and bring a Coke with the name "Barnes" on it!!! He'll know I sent you! Thank you so much Robert! You're awesome!
This is store is not monitored by Verizon. Friend when in w/full loss insurance. Left with upgrade fee, new phone, used an upgrade on our plan, & no insurance claim. Now paying off both phones. They took the easy way out & made a sale. Criminal.
Outstanding customer service! Robert was very knowledgeable, and helpful in getting my husband set up with a new phone when his work one went on the fritz and was not fixable. You helped make an otherwise stressful situation much more bearable! Thank you!

Called this Franklin Verizon location to ask a simple question and to clarify a few details of getting a new phone under the new plans and I was taken back by how rude the woman was. I was more than happy to take my business to a different Verizon location.
