I went to this location today for a problem that couldn’t get handled over the phone with costumer support for whatever reason. Chrissy had me in and out within 20 minutes. She was very pleasant and understanding. I will be coming to this location for any future problems with my phone from here on out!

Be careful what your told when switching providers at this store. They wont tell you that you will be hit with a TON of additional fee's AND the totally free device when switching from a different provider is not true - they will only give a partial credit and you will be charged a small fee monthly for the difference of the "free" device.
