Not very friendly but might be better if you buy a phone from them instead of online. I made the mistake of going there first but they wouldn’t let me see the new IPhone 12 unless I bought one as they had them, but not on display. I went home researched size and ordered two. Was offered the option of home delivery or the store, no delivery fee. However even if you only pick the phones up and do your own transfers, they charge $50. Should have requested home delivery.
