Very frustrating working with Verizon this past year and a half. My issue was unresolved for months with multiple staff members including the district manager saying he would get in touch with me. Weeks and weeks went by and I had to keep following up with them. I was even given a personal number to communicate with which was useless because when I tried no one would answer that either. Jordon was extremely nice, helpful, knowledgable, and fun! He worked very hard to find the right plan for me. Found out I was on a grandfathered plan, and there is a newer plan that helps save me money on my bill. Being on a fixed income, that is a very kind act. Thank you, Jordon
