The young lady with the nose ring has the worst customer service ever. You could tell she didn't want to be there. She didn't greet me coming through the door, she didn't even ask how she could help. I explained to her that I was trying to pay a bill but I needed an explanation because the bill did not show one. Well, needless to say, I didn't get an explanation just that my father owed for 2 months. She was not helpful at all. Chaka was amazing!!!!!! Give her a raise. I came in very upset dealing with customer service all morning 4 hours cause they couldn’t get my phone active. She did the dang thing. Thank you !!!
Our son was leaving overseas to Japan for the Navy just out of A school. So he needed a great phone service that would travel with him internationally. So he signed up for their international plan. He is in Japan now and it works great so far.
