They’re a third party and they fail to mention that detail; therefore, you’re a given a bit of false information. It is very misleading to a customer.
Very frustrating working with Verizon this past year and a half. My issue was unresolved for months with multiple staff members including the district manager saying he would get in touch with me. Weeks and weeks went by and I had to keep following up with them. I was even given a personal number to communicate with which was useless because when I tried no one would answer that either.
