Verizon is great, the associates at this store are completely inept. They told me Wednesday they ordered a phone that would be here today to be able to add my father to my plan while I was I town. I go in today and nobody ordered the phone.
Seriously the best experience I can imagine having when your phone is broken :) The staff were friendly, explained everything without making me feel clueless (I am) and resolved my problem as quickly as possible.
Great customer service, the only bad thing is I live 2.5 hours away guess I gotta drive for good Verizon service!
I have used Verizon for 8 years. I have used 4 different stores in that time. I would not give them a 5 star. I needed something for my tablet and decided to check out this store. Wow all great people, awesome team work. I then returned the next week to have them put my new glass screen protector on. When I was there I was talking about wanting a different phone. Nicholas was great I was so happy walking out with a new phone, and more knowledge then I have ever gotten from any where else.�
this store now has cell service!!! the verizon service now reaches all throughout monument plaza
The rep Lauren was excellent with her customer service & I would be more than happy to refer her to future wireless customers. She has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to Verizon wireless products & I thank her for that.
Very hepfull would recommend them highly. The girl named Kailan was great.
I worked with Marc the store manager & not only did he get my account fixed up but he also got me the extra I need to fix my phone. The nicest people in the world!!! I've been with Verizon since 2006 & never have I had such a great experience in a Verizon store. Thank you so much Marc & Kaity!!!!
