I went to get a little bit of help on my phone and they refused to help unless I gave them $20. Go to the one on Central! They're actually helpful there.
I came to do a in store pick up And Ivan here was really helpful in making sure I was accommodated and knew what was happening during the process if you come just ask for Ivan skip everyone else
We came to this location after stopping at one in Santa Maria where they couldn't accommodate our needs and made little effort to offer an alternate solution. We were helped right away here and the staff (forgot his name) was very friendly and helpful all while helping several customers at the same time.
