Worst experience ever! I had the displeasure of working with the general manager Josh Ramirez. I preordered two new Iphone 17s. He was supposed to call me when one of the phones was delivered to the store which he never did. My wife went into the store to pickup her phone, and he was extremely rude to her, telling her that the phone was never ordered.
