The customer service we received at the Verizon store was beyond excellent. They were helpful, very welcoming and answered every question. We went in to get information and we left with a phone and an iPad due to their excellent customer sales. We were helped by Pam and the manager, which were both very amazing and very insightful. Me and my mom were cheated with respect and you could tell the staff actually cared! Big shout out to the all Verizon employees at the Lompoc branch You all rock!
My experience with the Verizon store in Lompoc was amazing! The staff were very friendly and my agent, Victoria, was very helpful and amazing! She answered all my questions and got me the best deals while keeping my monthly payment nearly the same amount. I highly recommend this store and Victoria to anyone wanting / needing to upgrade their phone!
BEWARE! They only help out if you are doing a upgrade or anything that has to do with commission. If you request for help regarding issues with service or billing They will just say call ustomer service because their a 3rd party .BEWARE.
