Today, Monday, I went to request to look at phones and return one for renewal and the employees were incompetent and rude, they did not want to help me, their stupid justification was that my line was from Santa Maria and not Lompoc and they only serve customers from Lompoc, they are not trained to serve such an important company. The hours were 7:30 PM, the place was empty and closed, if they have cameras, they will verify their garbage service.
