#VERIZON HATES CHRISTMAS... and I completely hate #Verizon right now. UPS lost my old phone back in March and all Verizon will do is screw me over. I finally got my phone back, tried to take it directly into the store and they said they can't take it. Then I send it back through UPS, tracking shows its scanned at its destination. But do you think that's good enough? NO... so yesterday I'm on the phone for 3 hours the 3 people I talk to are great. I have to say that I hate go wireless now. I've gone in multiple times and have often been ignored by employees. And that one awesome employee that I liked, no longer works there. He was only there for about a month and then he was gone.
