Horrible customer service!! Bought new phones March 1st, switched from XL plan to the unlimited plan and upgraded our hum device for free as we had a bunch of promotions on our account. We also signed both phones up for the Go advantage program. We started having issues with our new hum not working. We came in today to get a new screen put on my cell phone and I asked the manager there at the store if he had any of those pretend phones that are basically used to determine size and that they no longer used and they would be willing to give to my daughter he found one in a drawer and she is carry it around all day. Thank you!

First off, you just can't beat Verizon's coverage. Trust me, I've tried different carriers and I was never satisfied until I signed up with Verizon. Trevor is awesome to work with! I refer everyone I know to him because he always goes above and beyond taking care of my friends and my family. Just got a new phone and home phone with Kyle! He was friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make the whole process easy and painless! We love this location and will always be loyal customers!
Trevor the district manager lied and decided to deny claim over a $30 Ventev phone charger. He's lost Verizon a corporate business account by selling me a charger and 14 days later not exchanging when it broke. We went through this 2 weeks ago and I purchased a new one when my last one was broken. As a business owner myself I truly understand the need for good customer service and would evaluate real hard next time on doing a little extra work for the customer. Poor customer service. Rude employees. Bought a charger and it broke within the first 2 weeks and when I went to return it they said sorry we don't take returns on damaged product. It was defective!!! They said sorry you are just out the $27 but hey we will gladly sell you another for $30. This place is a joke! Stay away!
Great staff and customer service at this Verizon store. Kyle & Brodie were so very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly that they made my transaction with them very satisfactory. I recommend this store to anyone in the Pocatello area who is looking for a phone or upgrade to stop by and visit with them. Thank you for the great customer service!
