this store is crap awful three days of my life in the last month all spent sitting here for hours and GUESS where I am Again today!!!!
Everyone was pleasant and professional in helping me replace my phone. I've done business there many years and never hesitate to refer friends there.
I’m very satisfied with the Verizon store/Victra. I purchased my phone there along with my husband‘s back in November. Today I went into the store to get a new screensaver and to check and see if my ones was broken and it turned out. It was just the lens saver that needed to be replaced. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. They made my experience easy to navigate.

Excellent service ! You might have to wait depending on staff availability and how many customers there are. But the wait is worth it. Danny took care of me with getting a new phone. Helped me to set up my new phone and get everything transfered over. Answered all my questions and made sure I knew how to work my phone. Wish there was a Danny in every store. Nicest person ever ! Also had help from Raven with one of my issues. Very sweet and helpful. Thanks to both of them for all the time and help they gave me.
