RecommendedMax and Miguel did an awesome job at getting us all set up for a new account and two new cellphones for cheaper then Sprint. Definitely recommend them at the store in sandcreek commons!!
Management is a joke. They truly don’t care about their employees or their customers. All they care about are their own commission checks. Save your time and go to the corporate store, where they actually have decent customer service.
Two days ago I went into the corporately owned Verizon store to sign up for a new plan and get two new phones, but they did not have the phones I wanted. I called GoWireless and they said they had the phones I wanted and that the charges and plan prices would be the same as the corporate store. When I was at the GoWireless store getting the new account/phones set up, the rep we worked with was not very informative or transparent about the phones or how she was setting up the plan. Spencer was awesome getting me exactly what I needed. This is the 2nd time I've used this store for my upgrades and I've been in multiple times for questions and accessories. Every time I have gone in they have gone above and beyond to help! If you have Verizon I recommend using this store over the corporate store, much better customer service and kindness!
John was great help with getting everything set go my new phone. I would suggest them any time.
