The Pinetop/Lakeside store management is disorganized and liars. Horrible experience and I have no idea how the managers are managers. They straight up lie, pretty sad when even your employees tell me their managers lie to people for extra money and business. (Yes multiple employees stated that) the employees themselves are very nice and helpful however. Show Low store by Sportmans is much better, management is a lot more friendly and the manager there really goes out of his way to help people.

I came in on black friday, for the iphone X deal. You charged me an upgrade fee AND an activation fee... Then billed my account for the EXACT same fees. You need to be more transparent about YOUR fees vs VERIZON fees. I believe not telling your customers that they will be charged double is deceptive.
Horrible customer service store manager tries to cover up other associates lies
Very disappointed in the customer service at the pinetop / Lakeside store ...the follow up from the store manager and district manager has been non existent .. I recently upgraded to lg g6 put $300 plus dollars down and had a credit of $144 ..this store received $444 worth of sales from a loyal Verizon customer for over a decade ... When I purchased my new agreement I was told by Kyle B .. my Verizon authorized sales representive... that a $100 visa gift came with the phone and that when I received this gift card ...I could ... read more
