RecommendedWe're from Oskaloosa and went to the Pella site due to uneducated employees. Melissa in Pella was very educated and informed us how to save the most.
Very poor service. The store is tore up. Missing all kinds of phones on display. The staff is not user friendly whatsoever. Don’t even attempt to try and save customers. How you can quote someone $220 a month for two lines on unlimited with only one phone payment is absurd. Be that after a military discount. Your competitors are dominating you with these ridiculous prices. I will be paying off my phone and leaving Verizon very soon. Don’t go this store.
