Complete incompetence from these employees. I came into this store 9 months ago for a promotion to switch over from T-mobile by turning in my old phone and getting promised $700 dollars towards my bill. Michelle was so incompetent, she submitted the promotion incorrectly. I have been to this store a dozen times to fix this and get the promised $700. Today I was told that it was denied because the promotion is over with. So because of these employees incompetence, they got my old iPhone for free and I’m out $700 from my bill.... read more
