Way easier + cheaper to upgrade online especially if you’re gonna have to wait for the phone you want to come in anyway. Plus online you aren’t required to pay an extra $30+ for a case from their small selection. Highly recommend online.
On 06/17/18 about 5:00pm or so I walk in looking to upgrade my phone from IPhone to Android, was a lady and a guy their self with no other customers, they don’t even try to help me out with recommendations or phones information. They was focus in their phone and questions that I ask was an super short answer with out details! Their don’t walk me to they different phones models and differences, they don’t leave their desk to help me on sales floor. They was not polite at all. Very disappointed with this store !
