I just went to this location today and upgraded to a new phone! I have always been leery of going to "authorized retailers" instead of corporate stores, but not any longer! I got a great new phone that does not require data and it was not available at the corporate store or online. I was treated with respect and taken very well care of. They transferred my contacts from my old phone onto my new phone at no charge. The Verizon corporate store told me they would charge me $10!
