Needed help setting up a work phone. Totally dismissive and unhelpful.

These young men, Ben and Griffin, have helped me so very much. I had lost my phone and they tried to help me find it. When I found it the phone I was having problems getting into it. These two men worked with me to get my phone where I can use it. Ben on Thursday and Friday and Griffin on Sunday. Ben was very patient and helpful.
