During a phone transfer today, there were hiccups and Josh and Ryan from the Kernersville Verizon Store assured us that they would work with the data to transfer before we left the store. They troubleshooted for several minutes relentlessly until they resolved the issue.
Olivia Davis deserves 10 stars!!!! She has a wealth of knowledge. My old phone completely crashed and I thought I had lost everything. She was able to recover EVERYTHING in transferring to my new phone. This was a joy for me as I was sad when I thought I couldn’t get all my photos back, which are precious to me. I highly recommend Olivia for all your needs. Thank you Olivia for your excellent customer service!

We had Giovanni. We got everything done and he explained what we needed to do, but he had a very rude attitude. I think if the customer is confused.. you should simply just politely explain instead of acting like technology is common knowledge. Especially for older generations it can be very hard to understand. My dad was making sure his account had enough money transferred to his account, and he kept asking “is everything okay” telling us to go ahead and pay the amount we owed when we needed more time.
