I really appreciate the help that Giovanni gave me.I came with my Granddaughter but still had questions. He answered them and made me fill better about switching from Android to the iPhone. Being old I was unsure about learning it. He made me feel better about it.
I've been sitting at the front of the store for 30 minutes. Not one person even acknowledge me to say they'll be with me. Hello how are you? Nothing. Second time in a row I've been to this location within the same way of looking upgrade my Google 8 to a new Samsung. Even though this is not a Verizon corporate store and is called cellular sales now I'm going to have to take my business to another Verizon store or just buy the phone online. It's pretty good. Had the best experience with Gio today! He was super personable and helpful; my mom and I had a great time chatting with him while he was helping us. I’m so glad we went into this store today and left with more than we expected! Thank you Gio!!
Chris Morton was SO helpful with us today. He was very professional in explaining the functions of several phones which interested us. He was patient, thorough, and more than willing to answer each and every question that we asked. And there were many! He did not hurry us nor did he push us to one particular phone.
