Outstanding customer service. I brought my friend (who is Deaf) to the store to look at phone replacement options. This can be a frustrating experience for everyone, but our guide, Olivia, was kind, patient, pleasant, accommodating, and took the time to make sure my friend knew all his options clearly and made the best choice. We BOTH walked out of there happy that we came. They're hiring the right kind of people at this store for sure!

I went to this store to return an android phone and get a new iPhone. I spoke with a gentleman named Josh. Josh was so very helpful, fast and efficient. He knew what he was doing and took care of everything the way I needed and when I walked out of there I felt much better. Josh is awesome at this Verizon store!
