Mark D. Davis is hands down one of the most genuine and authentic individuals I have come across as a Verizon customer. When I came into the store with a rather unusual problem that couldn't be fixed at that location, Mark got on the phone and continued making calls until he found a location that could assist me. He did all of this at no gain to himself and I can't help but applaud his generosity.
