Mady went above and beyond with her caterer service. She has been a wonderful representative of the Verizon Cellular family in Havre. We upgraded a few family phones and she did a fantastic job in setting up the new watches for the fam. She used top-notch service with the step by step processes in setting up and ordering the devices we needed. Kasci was so patient and helpful in not only helping me use my “find my iPhone” and locating my lost phone but also saw me through the entire process of upgrading and getting a new phone. I absolutely recommend going to her if you’re ever in the Havre store. She is absolutely not getting paid enough for all she did to help me today!
